Why isn’t there a law to prevent Google from selling trademarks as keywords in their AdWords (pay per click)?
Yahoo and MSN do not allow companies/individuals to purchase someone’s trademark as one of their keywords in a pay-per-click campaign. Why isn’t there a law regarding this?

Not so sure what is wrong with this. As long as the advertisers are not abusing the trademark in their ad’s, whats the difference. If I type gateway computers in a search engine, why should dell not tell me they have a sale going on.
