i’m in the internet marketing industry but i’m not that much into financles and stuff,
few months a after any startup company get started you see them anouncing that they got funded by big numbers by big companies and investors, what is that mean ? can somebody explain ?

a friend of mine started an online service back in aprile, i don’t really see the purpose behinde it and i don’t like it, but even thaugh he got funded with a million dollars ? what is that mean ?

I am not a complete noob and have good understanding and great passion in Internet Marketing and SEO/SEM – I study and read daily. I would say I have a little over a year’s experience. What should a growing SEO company pay in the US for a full time salaried position? How about in the state of Georgia? I just dont have a BA/BS yet but that shouldn’t matter when it comes to this field – it’s what you can do and how well you can do it.

I have been contemplating going back to school for web site design and internet marketing. I just wonder if there is really money in the field? Is anyone out there making a real living off of it and is it better to go it alone (opening my own design solution business) or to take a job with an established company?

I recently got a job doing basic internet marketing for a marine supply company (updating the company’s facebook and twitter pages). I am also working in the company store, but I am being paid by the project for the internet marketing. My boss and I haven’t found a way on how to pay me for this, and I don’t know how to price it. I live in NY. I want to buy investment properties out of state. I already own an S-Corp for my Internet marketing business. Should I form a new corporation or some other business as a tax shelter in case I want to invest elsewhere as well? Does it make sense to form a new company?

I recently started a new e business on the net for internet marketing. I basaically have income for promoting company’s products through the net worldwide and I recieve the commission by cheque from overseas. This is a little different from Ebay where it’s not like you can fill in the stocks and the income because for this, I have no stocks in hand and just advertise until the customer buys the company’s product and I receieve the cheque on a monthly basis

So my question is, how do I determine my tax income especially when the majority of my income is mailed by cheque from overseas?
