hi there , i need to register with the best site that can guarantee that my site will get ranked in highly positions in the yahoo,google and msn search engines ??
so what is the best one that can do it for me ?? and does it really make this difference ?? does it worth it ?

SEO fraud is obvious when they guarantee rankings. No one can guarantee rankings.
Some people are better at SEO than others, but no one has direct control over how search engines rank (unless you want to pay for top listing).
Half of SEO is content. If you want a higher ranking, you need content that people want to read.
If your SEO firm doesn’t provide this, and they won’t find the proper keywords, they really aren’t SEOs.
SEO is an ongoing process. No one can SEO your website within a month, and expect it to receive high rankings. Don’t be fooled. High ranking isn’t easy, and one time fees are a waste of money unless you or the SEO company plan to make weekly changes.
You better be sure you’re not trapped by unethical seo services, spam and doorway pages that might jeopardize your website investment.
What could appear to be excellent results, could sooner or later get your website penalised or banned by a search engine.

Nobody can guarantee that your site will rank highly. Most firms that promise such results are scams.
"Search engine optimization" is not about "submitting" your site, but instead it is about designing your site so that the search engines will recognize what it’s actually about. If your web site is about left-handed widgets, then your page title should certainly include the words "left-handed widgets" and those words should appear (in proper context) within the headlines and body text.
Do some online research, looking at many dozens of free web sites and online forums that discuss "search engine optimization" and strategies. There are also a number of books.
One element of "search engine optimization" is "inbound linking," because some search engines (such as Google) use the number and quality of "inbound links to your web site" as a measure of your site’s quality and relevance to specific keywords. Again, any firm that promises to deliver high-quality inbound links is probably a scam. You get high-quality inbound links by creating a high-quality web site that people will actually want to link to.
My advice: don’t pay anybody, unless you have a "business" that has an ample budget to pay at least several thousand dollars to a firm that can clearly explain their strategies and goals, and provide measurable objectives.
Each search engine has its own ranking process.
Some of them focus on links from other sites TO your site.
Tell me what your site is offering.
There is a separate process for local businesses to get listed in one of the top three positions.
Here’s an example.
Go to http://www.Yahoo.com. Search for "florist in seattle".
Beneath the top Sponsor Results rectangle with a light blue background there are 3 listings next to a red Y! symbol.
Those are local businesses which Yahoo moved to the top of the page. The position is free but the websites have to follow some guidelines to receive that honor.
