I’m facing a bit of a dilemma.

I own a web site (daltonlaffs.com, in case you wondered), that I plan to work on and add several programming tutorials, my projects, homebrewing, etc., in the next few weeks.

However, I need an advertising program, banners or popins (NO Popups or popunders if you can help it, those can be blocked), that will pay me both per click and per impression. Know any good ones?
