My site not at search result?
Please give me better reason for following,
1)when i search my site in google, i can see my site.but i cant see page position in google search result.(under the search term – "earn money online")
2)before my site was in the first page at msn.com(under search term "earn money online"). but now my site is not available in msn.com(also it can’t see in index list)
what has happened? please help me.

There are thousands (maybe millions) of sites which have the "earn money online" keyword in them. Many keep emerging day by day. So you can’t always expect to remain on the top all the time. In google, page ranks determine a part of your placement in the search results. PageRank is one crazy algorithm which is dependent on your incoming links. This means that, the more websites link to you, the more chances that your pagerank will increase.
What you can do now is post original/genuine content and spread your blog as much as you can. You can also ask people for link exchange ie. they link to you and you link to them. THen you can edit your template and add some good keywords in the meta keywords tag and add some description too:
<meta name="keywords" content="your, keywords, seperated, by, commas" />
<meta name="descriptions" content="blog description goes here" />
add these two lines below the other <meta….> tags in your template editor.
