actually I asked my friends for help for 3months. but it seems that the web site has gone into the sandbox.what should i do?

SEO work can be divided into 2 parts, on-page and off-page.
Sandbox is kinda a phase that a new site must go through, which needs a lot of techniques and patience to get over. It seems that your friend has not done his job well, so I suggest you turn to the professionals. Asian companies usually have lower quotations, which is buget-friendly:-).
