How can I get a top position for my selected keywords?
Suppose I wanna get a top position in search engines for my key words such as "weight loss diet, healthy weight loss diet" etc What should I do to get high ranking for these keywords?

Look up "Search engine optimization" (SEO). Unless you are going to pay Google to be a sponsored link, you will struggle to do what you want unless someone searches somehting unique to your site
